Who we are

Come to Brasil Community ("we") sells the Complete Brazil Manual and runs a community for people moving to Brazil. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and why.

What we collect

When you order: your name, e-mail address, the language you chose, the payment method and the status of the payment. We never see or store card numbers or wallet keys: payments are handled by Stripe (card) and NOWPayments (crypto) on their own pages.

When you browse: anonymous usage statistics (Vercel Analytics), and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign parameters in the link (UTM, click identifiers) and the referring page. Your IP address is hashed before it is stored.

When you join the community: the messages you choose to post in the chat.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought (the access page, the download link and the community invite), to answer your questions, to detect fraud and abuse, and to understand which campaigns bring visitors. We do not sell personal data and we do not send newsletters without your consent.

Who processes it

Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional e-mail), Stripe and NOWPayments (payments). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Data may be stored outside your country.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. Campaign and analytics data is kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to support@cometobrasil.community. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses one functional cookie to remember your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and anonymous analytics. Optional advertising pixels run only when enabled by us for a campaign.
